Biographies

Stephen began his career in boutique law firms whose practices were limited to representing corporate clients with respect to their securities related matters. Stephen has also worked with some of the oldest and most prestigious law firms in New York City. Stephen provides professional representation to entrepreneurs in all matters involving corporate and securities law. At the broadest level, Stephen represents public and private corporations, general and limited partnerships and limited liability corporations on matters involving corporate and commercial transactions; public and private offerings; '34 Act reporting compliance; mergers and acquisitions; contract negotiations; licensing; joint ventures; and distribution and marketing contracts.

Stephen has a J.D. from New York Law School and a B.S. from the Jones School of Business, State University of New York at Geneseo. He is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
