ADAM M. NICOLAZZO’s practice is focused primarily on commercial litigation, securities litigation and arbitration and other disciplinary matters. Since joining Malecki Law, Adam has litigated a multi-million dollar tax shelter fraud case on behalf of a principal of a large publicly traded company. He has also successfully argued motions in New York’s State and Federal courts. Adam obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from Northeastern University in 2003 and his Juris Doctorate degree from New York Law School in 2007. He is licensed to practice law in the State of New York (2008) and in the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York (2009).

Adam is a member of the New York County Lawyers’ Association and the Public Investors Arbitration Bar Association (PIABA) . Adam also gives back to his community by volunteering. He has prepared tax returns for indigent New Yorkers through the IRS’s VITA Program and participates in the Monday Night Law Clinic through the New York City Bar.
